About Us
Witt Preparations, LLC. was founded in August 2017 as a chance to start a new chapter in life. We began our first phase located in a 3,500 sq. ft. facility in Elma, NY and quickly outgrew it! In July 2019 we moved into a completely refurbished 6,000 sq. ft. office/shop floor just outside of Buffalo, NY. Witt Preparations offers the following services: sandblasting, shot peening, vibe deburring, washing, and metal finishing/grinding.
We can also accommodate your sand blasting equipment needs, including media and other supplies. With over 25 years of experience in the field and the support of dedicated distributors and manufacturers, we strive to meet our customer’s needs on time – every time!
Certifications
Witt Preparations is focused on customer service. When our customer issues a purchase order, our employees are determined to deliver excellent quality and on-time delivery with zero defects, each and every time.
To keep up with today’s requirements for quality, our job shop works closely with our Quality Assurance Manager as well as a third-party accreditation for AS9100 and ISO900 to provide on-site instruction, training, and oversight to ensure that we are always at the forefront of quality assurance.
To deliver top quality, be assured that our record retention, quality systems, and attention to detail are updated to not only meet our customer’s expectations but exceed them!
Witt Preparations is proud to be both AS9100 Rev D and ISO9001 certified. AS9100 Rev D is a quality management system that focuses on the aerospace industry. ISO9001 is a quality management system that includes a third-party audit of a company’s sites, functions, products, services, and processes. We applied and received our initial certification in March 2021.
