Recipro-Blast®
The Recipro-Blast® System creates a 360° blast cloud within a confined space. This can be done with different nozzle configurations, or with opposing or converging nozzles. The blast media erupts into a cloud which then cleans, descales, or peens the surrounding area.
Abrasive Belt & Brush Finishing
Hammond Roto-Finish Polishing & Buffing Lathes are used for roughing (coarse polishing), polishing to prepare surfaces for final finish, buffing for removal of scratches and/or for imparting a high luster finish. They are available with single or variable speed and a single or double spindle.
Waste Treatment Equipment
Treatment technologies utilize the addition of liquid and/or powdered flocculants to remove the particulate contamination from the process fluid. This generates an optically clear solution for the most critical processing requirements or for discharge.
Dust Collection
Hammond Roto-Finish Independent DusKolectors™ solve the dust and dirt problem for isolated machines which can not be connected to a central dust collecting system or where no central system is available. Perfect for restricted spaces, the DusKolector™ draws the dirty air inside itself where the heavier particles are deposited in a dirt container.
